Control plane maintenance in Sto1

We will be performing a planned maintenance in STO1 between December 10th to 12th.

All instances will remain up and running throughout the maintenance. However, the API and dashboard may be temporarily unavailable or unreliable at times.
The S3 API in STO1 will also be affected, mainly on the 10th of December, due to the integration with Openstack authentication.

Most of the maintenance work will take place on December 10th. The remainder of the window will be used for testing, verification, and resolving any unexpected issues.
